Fellowship

Introduction

The Indian Network Operators Group (INNOG) is organizing a two-day hands-on tech session exclusively for college students with a Computer Science background in the domain of Networking.

INNOG 5 is being organized from 3rd May to 5th May 2022 (3 days) online. The first two days will be workshop days and the last day will be the conference. We have recently started involving students under the INNOG fellowship program to promote knowledge sharing among college students who would like to enter the domain of networking. As a part of the programme, we start with a dedicated workshop for the students on Fundamentals of DNS & Routing and a special session on Career in Networking.

The fellowship term is for one year where the students will be assigned mentors who will help them to take up their career in networking.

Eligibility Criteria for Fellows:

  • This programme is open to all students
  • It is open to all Under Graduate, Post Graduate Students and Research Scholars who are currently pursuing their studies and registered with an institution in India
  • The students can be from any Computer Science discipline such as:
    • BCA, B.Sc(CS), B.Sc(IT), B.Sc(CT), MCS, M.Sc(CS), M.Sc(IT), M.Sc(SS), BE CSE
  • Specialization in Networking is much appreciated
  • Dedicated students who want to excel in the area of network and would like to explore new arenas in networking will be given priority
